In this phase we meet you, (either via Zoom or face-to-face), and get to know your objectives and goals. We spend about an hour understanding your business, your competitors and the challenges you face.
After our initial discussion, we go away and research your business, the competitor landscape, and outside influences. At the end of our fact-finding mission, we present you with a clear and defined strategy and proposal.
Our strategy phase is based on ‘hard data’ not guesswork. At this stage we know the best way to get the desired results you are chasing. We present this information to you and explain each step.
This is the ‘doing’ phase. This is the phase where we begin to streamline your marketing and implement achievable and measurable goals. We tick every box in order of priority to ensure that you get the best results possible.
If the project is centered around a digital marketing strategy then we compile a report each month to keep you up-to-date of the work we have completed and the work still in the pipeline. We outline the results we have achieved for you.
