In the early 1990's Phil spent 7 years working with London's leading market research and marketing strategy firms with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition and customer retention. Phil has a strong background in quantitative and qualitative market research and has a strong understanding of how consumers think prior to purchase, what makes them purchase one brand over another and how to keep them as a customer long-term.
